All Publishers on the Service must comply with these Sponsored Content Requirements (“Requirements”) when posting sponsored content. Failure to comply with these Requirements may result in your Account earnings being forfeit, your Account being suspended, or your Account being permanently terminated.
These Requirements apply equally to any website or social media you control, regardless of the platform or devices the audience use to access them. These Requirements also apply even if you don’t specifically write about a Post Intelligence product, service or program, or those of a third party as directed by Post Intelligence.
The Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) has issued “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising” (“FTC Guidelines”) that are intended to increase transparency in payments and gifts made to bloggers, influencers, or other endorsers (“Influencers”) that help promote a product or service. Under FTC Guidelines, Influencers and advertisers such as Post Intelligence are subject to liability for false or unsubstantiated statements, or for failing to disclose material connections between themselves and their endorsers.
You have a “material connection” to Post Intelligence if (a) Post Intelligence pays you for a specific post, or an endorsement generally, (b) Post Intelligence provides you with a free or discounted product or service, or (c) You are related to, or are friends with a Post Intelligence employee or representative.
Any user who has a material connection to Post Intelligence and creates an article, blog, social media page, post, endorsement, testimonial, communication, or other content (“Content”) that (i) discusses an advertiser or its products and services or those of a third party, or (ii) is created at the request of Post Intelligence (or its agents), must clearly and conspicuously disclose the material connection to Post Intelligence as close to the Content as possible when the material connection is not otherwise clear to an audience or is not reasonably presumed or implied.
Comply with the law. You are responsible for complying with the FTC’s guidelines as well as all applicable laws governing your posts.
Please Note: if you are hosting a giveaway, contest, sweepstakes or other drawing, certain additional laws may apply that may require you to provide participants with Official Rules and specific disclosures in your promotional advertising. Entrants in said drawing must may also be required to make disclosures about their participation.
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose any material connection to Post Intelligence. This requirement applies to all posts, websites, and materials commented on, contributed to, created, distributed, or modified by you.

If you can’t include a disclosure in your communication for whatever reason (e.g. technical limitations, word count, etc.), you must not make the communication.
You must only give your honest opinion, findings, beliefs, and experiences relating to the sponsored item. All factual claims made regarding the sponsored items must be supported.
Use good judgment and common sense about what you post, and how.
All posts are subject to review by Post Intelligence. Post Intelligence reserves the right to review and approve any posts made by the service before they are publicly posted, or after posts have been made and request immediate remove or edits at Post Intelligence’ sole discretion.
Post Intelligence will monitor all posts made using the platform, and the accounts of users who participate in campaigns on the platform.
